PURCHASING GUIDE

It’s very easy to purchase through the website. The only thing you have to have to do is follow the following steps:

  1. In the “Shop” section, choose the item that you want.
  2. Click on the photo to zoom in and get a better look. The product description and the price will be shown.
  3. Choose the colour and size, and add the quantity that you need.
  4. Add the item to your shopping basket by clicking on the button “Add to Basket”
  5. If you wish, choose another product and follow the same procedure.
  6. Once you have chosen all the products, click on “Next Step”
  7. If you wish to change something, click on “See My Basket”. Make the necessary changes and click on “Update My Basket”.
  8. If you are not yet registered, you should register now, so that we can send you your order. If you are already registered, enter your details.
  9. Choose the delivery address and add any remarks that you deem appropriate.

10.Choose the delivery method. Shipping charges depend on the country of destination, as well as the total order amount. (See “Shipping” section).

11.Choose the payment method (credit card, bank transfer or PayPal) and follow the instructions.

  1. Click “Confirm Order” to check whether the order details are correct. Check that all the information shown in your order is correct and click “Send Order”.
  2. Delivery time will depend on the country of destination.

 

PURCHASE CONSIDERATIONS

– Orders are subject to availability. We are not responsible for stockouts or unavailability of items. Should an item not be available once the order has been placed, we will notify you of it as soon as possible via e-mail or by telephone. The order will then be cancelled. If we are out of stock, we will try to replenish it as soon as possible. If there is no stock available, we will remove it as a selectable item on the website.

 

– We reserve the right to cancel fraudulent, fake or speculative orders, as well as any orders that have been placed by any customer with whom any controversy and dispute has occurred in relation to previous orders, or when there is reasonable doubt which leads us to believe that the customer is violating any of the purchase terms and conditions specified, or that they are taking part in any criminal activity.

 

– Should you receive an item that you did not order, you can return or exchange it, provided that it has not yet been used.

 

– We will accept the order once the amount appears in our account. After confirming your order, you will receive an e-mail as an acknowledgement of receipt. This does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted since, as stated above, this is subject to payment verification and acceptance.

 

– If, upon issuing the order, we come across any incident with regard to the supply or there are no more items remaining in stock, we will contact you to let you know that we are unable to supply the item and we will refund any amount paid for it.

 

– Once the order has been confirmed, it can no longer be modified or cancelled via the website. To do so, you should contact us by calling (+34) 93 724 36 18 or sending an e-mail to eshop@annnice.es. In this case, the order may only be modified or cancelled if the item has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.

 

– It is absolutely essential for you to provide the information marked as obligatory when filling in the information requested to place an order. Should you not provide it, we will be unable to process the order. Under no circumstances will we be responsible for possible delays or failures in delivery, which are a result of any error or omission in this information.

 

– All graphic materials, as well as descriptions, are for information purposes only. In this respect, we can rectify errors or omissions on the website, without being held responsible for it in any way. Despite our attempts to show the colours and features of the products as accurately as possible, due to the fact that monitor settings vary, we cannot ensure that the colours seen on your monitor are completely accurate.

 

– All purchases are billed in euros.

 

– The applicable prices are those that are shown on the website on the date of the order. All prices are VAT (Value Added Tax) inclusive.

 

– The price does not include shipping charges, taxes and duties. In accordance with current legislation, all purchases made on our website are subject to value added tax.

PAYMENT METHOD

You can choose between:

Bank Transfer

By choosing this option, once you have completed your order, we will send you the bank details for Annice for Kids S.L so that you can process the wire transfer or make the deposit in the account. You must make the payment within three days after placing the order; otherwise, the order will be cancelled. Any possible transfer charges will always be shouldered by the payer.

(*)During sale periods or special sales, it is possible for Annice to restrict its accepted payment methods.

PayPal

Choose this payment method and click on “Confirm Payment”. Afterwards, you will be forwarded to the PayPal website to complete the payment process.

SHIPPING AND LEAD TIMES

The cost for each shipment will be automatically calculated upon placing your order, so that you can approve it prior to confirming payment. Once the order has been dispatched, transit times vary depending on the destination.

Shipping charges and delivery times (for guidance purposes only) are as follows:

 

–Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal): €6 Free for purchases over €80. 24–48 hours business days

– Balearic Islands: €6 Free for purchases over €80     3–4 business days

– Canary Islands: €18. Free for orders starting from €120     3–4 business days

– Ceuta and Melilla: €18. Free for orders starting from €120     5-7 business days

– International EU: €18. Free for orders starting from €120       3-6 business days

– USA and Canada: €56€. Free for orders starting from €180   10-15 business days

– Other countries: €80. Free for orders starting from €200    10-15 business days

 

Delivery times are approximate. During sale periods and promotions, these may take longer than usual. When orders are placed on weekends or bank holidays, they will be prepared on the next business day.

An amount to cover the expenses incurred to import the order (established by the logistics operator) is payable locally for orders to Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands and non-EU international destinations. Customers should be responsible for processing the relevant customs clearance.

Transit times for international shipments are for guidance purposes only and refer to the arrival of shipments to the major cities of each country of destination. Specified transit times correspond to the minimum number of business days, estimated from the date of dispatch from the courier company’s international delivery platform and are subject to possible customs procedures in non-EU countries. For more specific transit times, please contact us directly.

If you choose payment by bank transfer, the order will not be dispatches until we receive confirmation of payment.

The shipment of orders to postboxes is not possible.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

A maximum period of 15 calendar days, counted from the date of delivery of the order, is established to request returns. Bear in mind that until the parcel reaches our offices, it is under your responsibility and you are responsible for it.

Items must be in perfect condition, with all the product labels intact and the relevant purchase receipt. Should this not be the case, Annice reserves the right to refuse the return.

Returns of colognes, costume jewellery, socks, stockings and tights will not be accepted if these have already been removed from their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, bathing suits have a protective liner that keeps them from being tried on or used. If you wish to return them, it is absolutely essential for them to have the product label and protective liner intact.

Customers should always request the return of the order via e-mail.

Once you have requested the return, pack the items securely and include the delivery note. Specify the item that you wish to return in this document.

Shipping can be done through Correos, by sending your parcel via certified mail or with proof of delivery, or by sending it through a courier company of your choice.

In any case, Annice will not accept shipments using freight collect or cash on delivery. Shipping charges for the return will not be reimbursed.

The direct cost of returns will always be borne by the customer unless they are due to any damage or manufacturing defect. In such case, Annice will shoulder all expenses incurred.

Once the items have been received and are found to be in perfect condition, the return will be processed. This can be in the form of a voucher to be used on your next online purchase, or if you prefer, we can make a refund via the same payment method used during your purchase.
If you wish to exchange the item, you may use the voucher immediately. Otherwise, you have 6 months to make use of it.

For items with a price lower than that of its original price (sales, promotions, etc.), the monetary value will not be refunded. It can only be exchanged for another item or a voucher.

If payment was made via bank transfer, we will need your IBAN code to process the refund. You can provide us with this information by sending an e-mail to eshop@www.gutxu.com. As soon as we receive this information, we will process the refund. Please remember that the IBAN code should correspond to a bank found in the country where the order has been sent.

Exchanges

If you prefer to exchange the item for something else, you will have to place another order.

Refunds

As soon as we have been able to check the condition of the returned items, we will send you an e-mail to notify you of this. Please remember that the refund will be made using the same payment method used during the purchase.

How does payment via credit card work?

The information required to process credit card payments is the following:

PayPal: If you choose to pay using PayPal, you will be forwarded to PayPal so that you can pay using your PayPal account or your debit/credit card quickly and securely, without sharing any financial information.

Annice accepts PAYPAL payments to ensure the highest possible payment security. The PAYPAL logo assures customers that their transactions are 100% protected. If our Security Department suspects irregularity or fraud, Annice reserves the right to cancel the transaction for security reasons.

 

Bank transfer: Payment via bank transfer is possible on the application.
